What Veltorox does

Veltorox is an AI drafting tool. It helps you convert rough job site notes into structured daily construction report drafts. It is not a compliance tool, a legal service, a professional engineering service, or a substitute for professional construction management.

Your responsibility for report accuracy

All reports generated by Veltorox are AI-drafted suggestions based on the notes you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every report before downloading, sharing, or sending it.Veltorox does not verify the accuracy of your site notes or the resulting report content.

Veltorox does not provide:

• Legal advice
• OSHA or safety compliance verification
• Professional engineering or construction management advice
• Guarantee that report content meets any regulatory, contractual, or legal standard

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Veltorox to generate false, fraudulent, or misleading construction reports.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the free sample generation feature.
• Use automated tools to submit requests or scrape content.
• Attempt to access another user's reports or account.
• Send unsolicited reports or emails to GC/client emails you do not have permission to contact.

Report sending

Veltorox sends reports to GC/clients only when you explicitly click "Send to GC." You are responsible for ensuring the recipient email is correct and that you have permission to send them the report content. Veltorox is not responsible for reports sent to incorrect addresses.

Payments

Paid plans are available through Gumroad. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad under their terms and privacy policy. Veltorox does not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions, refunds, and billing disputes are handled according to Gumroad's policies. For billing questions, contact us at hello@veltorox.org.

Service changes

Veltorox is an early-stage product. Features, pricing, and limits may change during the MVP period. We will communicate significant changes by email when possible.

Disclaimer of warranties

Veltorox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or fitness for any specific purpose. Use the reports at your own professional judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltorox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including errors in AI-generated report content.
